Contract Staff We draw from your entire eco-system and our distributed workforce to find the most qualified individuals for each assignment. We train them and monitor them on an ongoing basis.

Execute Process We do the work, not just consult. Our platform coordinates the workflow in accordance with the engineered solution, and collates the output so that we can deliver results on time, within budget and to agreed service levels.

Measure Results We report and measure every aspect of your solution so that we can continue to innovate and deliver the results you will come to expect from us.

PeopleForce Method

We employ our patented method of engineering and re-engineering workflow:  designing a process as modular workflow, then processing these modules in parallel using a distributed workforce. 

We harness the process on the WorkCenter™ platform, coordinating the entire operation with workers trained for particular modules.  Standards are continuously monitored.

We draw on specialist groups as needed. Because we have tremendous breadth of skills, as well as geographic and cultural spread within the community (including internationally), PeopleForce excels at work that is both interpretive and context sensitive, culturally and topically.
