As a supplement to traditional means of attracting new business, PeopleForce envisioned a new opportunity that would allow the company to communicate with audiences more effectively and on a different level than in the past.
In pursuit of this objective, PeopleForce applied the very conventional concept of storytelling to Twitter’s innovative platform, a feat that no other business has yet attempted. Developing this idea involved studying the art of a story, a notion that has served as means of education, entertainment, and the preservation of culture since the beginning of civilization. The goal was to recognize the key components and style of notable works in an effort to capture and apply the essence of a successful narrative.
With this, PeopleForce recently launched the second episode of its initial story, titled "Adopting the Idea of a Community.” This narrative, which unfolds in a series of daily posts, shares a new perspective on the Outsourcing vs. Offshoring conversation and contains components such as conflict, characters, and a strong message to attract and retain followers.
